Developed by Dr. Deb Glaser, Top 10 Tools™ by 95 Percent Group, standard 1-year subscription, is an online comprehensive reading course designed to immerse educators in the science of reading.

This professional learning experience, segmented into 10 easy to use tools, is aligned with IDA Knowledge and Practice Standards (KPS) for Teachers of Reading. The course is designed to keep educators informed about current developments in literacy education and provide tangible strategies for immediate implementation in the classroom to enhance student learning outcomes.

The course includes real-world teaching examples, a key factor in it's effectiveness as a professional learning tool. Participants who successfully complete the 45-hour course will be better prepared to provide evidence-based reading and language arts instruction to build Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) programs. The standard one-year course will also prepare educators to take The Knowledge and Practice Examination for Effective Reading Instruction (KPEERI) exam should they choose to pursue CERI certification.
